Hotel Diamond - Naples

The staff here were friendly, polite, and even assisted with luggage.

First it's in a very bad part of the town, then we didn't get the room shown in the internet page, then we linked to internet and got a virus and at the end we were asked double the price of a coke, than what was written in the room menu....

Air con was controlled from reception.annoying when you have to walk back down to ask them to switch on. Hot water system also had to be requested to be turned on at reception for showers. Breakfast was very basic, no cereal for children. Seemed to have couples using rooms for 1/2 hour -1 hour stays....would say it's not a family hotel. Location is in rougher part of naples

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are extremely helpful and speak good English, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location on the waterfront in Naples centre is convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions, such as the beach and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with king size beds and red curtains adding a touch of luxury. The breakfast provided in the morning is a great way to start the day.

All was fine, with nothing to complain about.

Design of the hotel was good

Location area lots of rubbish around . Bathroom requires showercurtain as water flooded bathroom. Air conditioning was centrally controlled by reception and not on all the time . Breakfast very basic and bar was closed in evening

Very easy distance to train station. Clean, air conditioned room. Helpful staff - gave good advice for evening meals out. Breakfast included delicious pastry.

The hotel was fine but the location, close to the central train station, meant that the surroundings were not as clean as desired.

The staff were helpful, nice, and gave an extra pillow. The hotel is close to the airport.

Good situated and cosy apartments.

Just next block to the train station to Pompei and Herculaneum. Excellent point if the above two spots are the main aim of the trip. Spacious rooms.

Some of the hotel staffs don't understand English, but they are very helpful.

We had a great stay in this city thanks to the hotel's convenient location close to the train station and public transportation. Despite being situated in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, going out of their way to assist us with any requests. Lastly, the hotel provided excellent facilities, including computers in the foyer which were useful for working remotely.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Naples. the location was fantastic, right on the waterfront in the heart of the city. It was incredibly convenient for exploring all the attractions Naples has to offer. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a balcony offering a lovely view of the city. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Located only a short walk from the main Piazza.

Restricted parking but it was free.

location near the port, the central station and circumvesuviana station. friendly services, reasonably large rooms with views of city.
